| Bill Dobrzykowski – CEO and CFO
As a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager, Bill has held executive positions in both the public and private sectors, successfully guiding many start-up companies to profitability and maturity. Bill has served as CFO for two International Non Profit Corporations; The Department of Housing and Urban Development; The Government National Mortgage Association and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. Bill’s tenure at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporate Finance for 7 years has helped make him a frequent speaker to professional organizations on topics such as regulatory compliance; strategic planning, small business funding, taxation, financial planning and organizational dynamics.

| Bill Taylor – President and Chief Visionary
Bill has 34 years’ experience in technology, marketing and sales management. Having championed and pioneered the development of the Veri-Scribe court recording product at Mercom in 2003, Bill set in motion the events that would culminate in the creation of Record Solutions several years later. When Mercom was acquired by Verint in 2006, Bill again took the lead, supported by Avi Margolin and Marc Feingold, in spinning off the Veri-Scribe product to a new company, Veri-Core – then, ultimately, Record Solutions. As a Value Added Reseller and Consulting firm, Record Solutions continues to champion sales of the Veri-Core Digital Recording Suite, as well as other new technologies for capturing and delivering the record. Bill assumed a new role when he, Bill Dobrzykowski, Avi Margolin and Marc Feingold formally joined forces to form Record Solutions.

| Avi Margolin – Senior Vice President, Development
As a premier software engineer, Avi has over 30 years’ experience and has previously founded two very successful startup companies. His specialty is telecommunications and voice processing system design. His forte has been innovative design, development and implementation of powerful, extensible software/hardware systems that are easy to use. In particular, Avi developed the first interactive multi-channel voice mail and voice processing system for the Windows operating platform. He was a lead designer and developer of the first multi-channel digital recording system for the Windows NT/2000/XP operating systems.

| Marc Feingold - Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Marc brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to Record Solutions. He has delivered winning sales strategies in rapidly evolving markets for SONY Magnetic Products, Nimbus Records, AmericanHelix, KAO Infosystems and since 1999, L&M Optical Disc. Along with a team of professional independent sales agents, Marc came to represent a number of well-known high-end audio and musical instrument manufacturing companies in the mid-1990s. In 2003, the group had exponential success helping For the Record (FTR) increase their reach to the burgeoning courtroom recording marketplace, by focusing direct personal service to the company’s channel sales market. Since that time, Marc has installed and continues to service turn-key audio/video recording solutions for the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, among others.
